The Association of Greek Tourism Enterprises (SETE) has noted a worrying, downwards trend towards tourism reservations from both Germany and the UK, which made it reevaluate its goal of 25 million arrivals and 14 billion euros in income, as well as any rates of domestic tourism.
According to SETEIntelligence, SETE notes a drop of -26% of tourist reservations over March, compared to last year’s figures, while the rest of the Mediterranean is rising by 2%!
It is obvious that the longer it takes for an agreement to be reached with European partners, the more of a hit Greek tourism will take.
