An eye-witness recorded the horrible moments after the Khalid Masood’s London attack.

The video shows the moment after the car has finished its deadly course on the wall of the Parliament’s perimeter. Under the front of the car there is at least one person still alive.

One can hear the panic on the bystanders’ voice.
