Vasilis Lyritzis passed away on Tuesday morning after receiving cancer treatment at hospital.
He was 62.

The unpleasant news of his death was made public by his colleague and friend Dimitris Ikonomou on Skai Radio.

“It’s like l lost my brother. It’s a very heavy blow to me, that’s all I can say”, said Dimitris Ikonomou.
