Elections on June 25

Kyriakos Mitsotakis called on the phone all the political leaders at noon on Monday, one day after the ND’s overwhelming victory in the elections.

Mr. Mitsotakis announced to them that the phone call was formal, in the context of the investigative mandate he received from the President of the Republic and which he will return in the afternoon.

It is reported that the Prime Minister has announced that it is his intention for the elections to be held on June 25, 2023.

According to the same schedule, he told them that the swearing-in of the new Parliament is expected on Sunday, May 28, and on Monday, May 29, its dissolution, in order to launch the procedures for holding the new elections.
