Dendias at Pharmakonisi, the message from the frontier outpost

Minister of Defense, Nikos Dendias visited Pharmakonisi where he met with personnel and soldiers at the outpost.

During his visit, Nikos Dendias was accompanied by the Chief of the Hellenic National Defense General Staff, General Dimitris Houpi, the Chief of the Hellenic Army General Staff, Lieutenant General George Kostidis, and the Commander of the Hellenic Coast Guard, Lieutenant General Emmanuel Theodorou.

In a post, Nikos Dendias wrote:

“With the personnel and soldiers serving at the Surveillance Outpost in Pharmakonisi, during today’s visit, I was accompanied by the Chief of the Hellenic National Defense General Staff General D. Houpi, the Chief of the Hellenic Army General Staff Lieutenant General G. Kostidis, and the Commander of the Hellenic Coast Guard Lieutenant General E. Theodorou. I had the opportunity to thank them for their service to the Homeland and wish them well for the upcoming Easter holiday.”

In another post, Nikos Dendias wrote: “At the Surveillance Outposts of Kalolimnos, as part of the visits I make with the Chief of the Hellenic National Defense General Staff, the Chief of the Hellenic Army General Staff, and the Commander of the Hellenic Coast Guard, at eastern points of our Homeland. In the small islands of the Archipelago, which are guarded by our Armed Forces.”
