Prime Minister, Kyriakos Mitsotakis, unexpectedly came across Razvan Lucescu PAOK’s coach on Monday afternoon at 7 Seas restaurant in midtown Thessaloniki. Lucescu led the team to victory in the Greek championship this past Sunday.
