Serious traffic accident in Komotini: Car plowed into mother and her baby outside a school

The child was taken to Komotini Hospital and then transferred to the University General Hospital of Alexandroupoli

A serious accident occurred early Tuesday afternoon outside the 3rd Primary School of Komotini. According to “Chronos,” two cars collided in the neighborhood behind Panthrakikos stadium, near the 3rd Primary and the 15th Kindergarten. The collision caused one vehicle to veer onto the pavement, hitting a fire hydrant and a bench where a 30-year-old mother and her 8-month-old baby were nearby and both were injured.
