The injured are an adult and two children - How the collision happened

Newsroom July 30 05:25

Three people have been injured in a car crash that occurred on Evia when a truck veered off course on a ring road, near Avlida, and crashed into the train tracks, resulting in a collision with the passing train 1551 (Chalkida-Athens).

The condition of none of the three injured persons is of no concern, instead both one adult and two minors have minor injuries.

The number of passengers on the train is 130.

The photos from the crash, which are seeing the light of day, show the way the collision occurred. It appears that the lorry crashed into the train without any serious injuries.
