Warning from EOF about three dietary supplements containing dangerous substances

The products contain sibutramine, which is not listed on their packaging and can be hazardous to the user's health

Newsroom August 26 04:55

The National Organization for Medicines (EOF) is warning about three dietary supplements that, according to information from Spanish authorities, contain dangerous substances and are being distributed online.

Specifically, the EOF advises consumers not to purchase or use the product LIPO SOLUCION, the products SORAYA CAPSULAS, HHS KUKA CAFÉ, SORAYA SLIM COFFEE CAFE, and the product TE’ DETOX.

According to laboratory test results, the above products contain sibutramine without any related indication on their packaging, which can be dangerous to the user’s health.

Additionally, the product TE’ DETOX was found to contain sildenafil, in addition to sibutramine, without being listed on its packaging.

The substance sildenafil is an active ingredient, and its presence makes the product an unapproved drug, associated with adverse effects, particularly on the cardiovascular system.

These specific supplements are promoted online as dietary supplements and may have been distributed in our country through e-commerce, the EOF states, urging consumers not to purchase or use them.

It reminds consumers that purchasing products under its jurisdiction from unreliable sources, such as the internet, can pose a serious risk to their health.
