The luxurious home features six bedrooms and offers the couple the privacy they wanted, as it is secluded and surrounded by dense trees.
The property also includes a separate 3.1-acre space with a guesthouse, swimming pool, and tennis court.
George Clooney owned the house for nearly 30 years, having purchased it from Fleetwood Mac singer Stevie Nicks for $2.2 million in 1995.
On the other hand, Olivia Culpo and Christian McCaffrey will be making this house for their shared life, as they got married last June.
