Olga Kefalogianni: When family disputes cannot be resolved amicably, they are brought before the courts

Announcement regarding reports on her personal life and the crisis in her marriage to Mino Matsas was released yesterday by Olga Kefalogianni.

“Family law disputes, when they cannot be resolved consensually, should be brought before the courts,” the tourism minister says, among other things, while warning of recourse to the judiciary if there are slanderous references to her.

In detail the statement of Kefalogianni

“From the first moment the information about the crisis in my marriage was released, I asked for the privacy of my children and our family life to be respected. Unfortunately, since this morning, information has been funneled into the media about an injunction application (a response to an earlier one of mine) but it has not been filed.

Olga Kefalogianni to protothema: The tourism legislation will be enforced – I was blackmailed during my divorce as a public figure

If there are indeed slanderous reports about me, such as those that are being spread anonymously and irresponsibly, I will immediately take legal action. Family law disputes, when they cannot be resolved amicably, should be taken to the courts and not to the media. As a mother, I appeal once again for respect, not exploitation. My children must be protected from the pain and brutality of uncontrolled publicity.

Olga Kefalogianni”

It is reportedly noted that Ms Kefalogianni’s application for injunctive relief against Minos Matsas is expected to be heard tomorrow, Friday, at the courts of the former Evelpidon Courts.
