Police in Konitsa arrested four underage girls accused of assaulting a 12-year-old student. According to the complaint made by the victim and her mother, the incident occurred on Thursday afternoon, outside the girl’s school right after classes had ended.

The complaint details that one of the minors physically attacked the 12-year-old after previously threatening her, while another girl filmed the incident on her phone. The other two girls allegedly spread false information about the victim to others.

The four minors are facing charges based on their individual actions, which include bodily harm, making threats, slander, and violating personal data protection laws due to recording and distributing the video without consent.

The Security Directorate of Ioannina has ordered a forensic examination of the victim, and the case file will be submitted to the Prosecutor’s Office of Ioannina.
