Newsroom November 27 08:11

The 26-year-old man, who was arrested yesterday, Tuesday, will be brought before the prosecutor today, as his fingerprints were found inside the same bag in the apartment in which an explosion occurred in Ampelokipi, in which those of Nikos Romanos were also found.

It is noted that according to information, the 26-year-old has friendly relations with Nikos Romanos, who has already been remanded in custody for the same case.

The 26-year-old had been arrested for involvement in the shaming of the rector of ASOEE in October 2020, when they had hung a placard on the neck of Dimitris Bourantoni, on which the slogan “solidarity with the occupations” was written.

At the time, the perpetrators of the shaming had been identified and charged with criminal organization, common abduction by force and threat of force, unlawful detention to tolerate an act for which the victim has no obligation, unlawful detention, and unlawful force by common force, common disruption of a public service and common damage to foreign property of things serving the common good.
