Kai Trump: revealed who she’s in love with and the lessons her grandfather taught her

"Oh my God I'm blushing" said the 17-year-old when she confessed her celebrity crush - Why she chose to study business administration and not become a doctor

Newsroom December 19 08:10

The celebrity she’s in love with was revealed in a new YouTube video by Donald Trump’s granddaughter, Kai, who also mentioned the lessons her grandfather has taught her.

Kai Trump’s confession came when one of her followers asked her “who is your celebrity crush?”

Then the 17-year-old, visibly embarrassed, picked up her mobile phone before asking “why do I need it? His name is Dru Starki and he plays in the Outer Banks.”

“This is my celebrity crush, Drew Starkey. I love him so much, so, yes, he is my celebrity crush,” continued Kai Trump, who even blushed in shame, saying “oh my god, I’m blushing.”

Starkey plays the role of Rafe Cameron in the Netflix-broadcast series and is reportedly in a relationship with 24-year-old actress Odessa A’Zion.

Kai Trump also mentioned her grandfather, the new US president, about whom she said some of the best times she has had with him were when they played golf and when she followed him on this year’s campaign.

Trump’s 17-year-old granddaughter also touched on some of the lessons her grandfather taught her: “He taught me to never give up and if I have a dream to always try to achieve it because one day it will come true. And he’s the president of the United States so never give up on your dream.”

In the same video, Kai Trump also gave the first information about the studies she wants to do at the University of Miami which she will enroll in 2026.

“I’m going to study business administration. I think that’s a good fit for me. For a long time I wanted to be a doctor, but when I saw blood running for the first time I knew I couldn’t do that.”

He confessed he has a “weak stomach” and also can’t handle needles, “so I’m going to study business administration and see where golf takes me.”
