Israel‘s President Isaak Herzog pays an emergency visit to Cyprus on Thursday.

According to sources, Mr Herzog’s visit is related to the intergovernmental Cyprus-Egypt and trilateral Cyprus, Greece, Egypt meeting in Cairo today and the developments in the region and especially in Syria.

Developments, the same sources note, that, like the change in US leadership, are bringing the countries of the region together.
