Bad weather Coral - Kolydas: Light snowfall from Saturday and in the northern suburbs of Attica - 7 more areas in the "white"

The intense cold wave (named Coral) will continue to affect Greece and the wider region of southeastern Europe and the eastern Mediterranean until Monday. At the same time, gusty northerly winds of 7 to 8 Beaufort will prevail locally in the Aegean Sea and snowfall will occur in places, generally light, in the eastern mainland, the Aegean islands and Crete.

TEMPERATURES

Today Thursday (20-02-25)

a) In Macedonia, Thrace, Thessaly and the northern Aegean islands up to 06 to 08 degrees Celsius.

b) In central and eastern Sterea, Euboea and eastern Peloponnese up to 08 to 09 degrees Celsius.

Friday (21-02-25)

a) In Macedonia and Thrace from -07 (minus 7) to 05 to 07 degrees Celsius.

b) In Thessaly, the northern Aegean islands, central and eastern Sterea, eastern Peloponnese and Euboea from -02 (minus 2) to 07 to 09 degrees Celsius.

Saturday (22-02-25)

a) In Macedonia, Thrace and the northern Aegean islands from -05 (minus 5) to 04 to 06 degrees Celsius.

b) In Thessaly, central and eastern Sterea, eastern Peloponnese and Evia from -03 (minus 3) to 06 to 08 degrees Celsius.

SNOWFALL

Today Thursday (20-02-25)

a) In central Macedonia, Thessaly, central and eastern Sterea (including Attica), eastern Peloponnese, Euboea and possibly in the northern Aegean islands, in the mountains and semi-mountains and locally in areas with lower altitude.

b) In the mountains and semi-mountains of Crete.

Friday (21-02-25)

a) In Macedonia (mainly central), Thessaly, central and eastern Sterea (including Attica), eastern Peloponnese, Euboea and occasionally in the northern Aegean islands, in the mountains and semi-mountains and locally in areas with lower altitude.

b) In the mountains and semi-mountains of Crete.
