“My health problem arose unexpectedly after I had an accident on the highway, St. Nektarios, in 2021. I fasted for the first time in many years and after fasting I decided to have a general check-up. As I did. There it was revealed that I had cancer, but I didn’t have any serious cancer. I had prostate cancer. I was treated after six months, and I am still being followed up. In this procedure, very important machines have been introduced in the unit, which can predict with CT and MRI scans whether cancer can occur in certain parts of the body after a long period,” Alexis Kougias explained.
