Newsroom February 28 08:06

Two years have passed today since the Tempi tragedy and rallies have been planned across the country in memory of the 57 dead and demanding justice.

In Athens, the rally will start at 11 a.m. with a focus on Syntagma Square and in Thessaloniki also at 11 a.m. with a focus on the Venizelos statue.

The relatives of the victims have called on people to attend the rally.

In a show of support, a large part of the commercial world and the catering industry will remain closed today, while a 24-hour nationwide strike has been declared by the GSEE, ADEDY, OASA and other trade unions.
