Kyriakos Pierrakakis’ transition from the Ministry of Education to the Ministry of Finance, following the cabinet reshuffle announced earlier on Friday, was marked by a farewell gathering with his team.

Shortly after the government reshuffle was made public, the outgoing Minister of Education visited the office of the General Secretary for Primary and Secondary Education, Giannis Katsaros, who was celebrating his birthday. The team exchanged well wishes and parting words. The atmosphere was warm, filled with smiles and mutual good wishes, and of course, a cake made its appearance.

Now, Pierrakakis takes on the crucial Finance portfolio, swapping Marousi for Syntagma Square.
