MRB Poll: ND at 29.7% with a 14.1-point lead over second-place Course of Freedom

New Democracy (ND) maintains a steady lead, with Course of Freedom remaining in second place ahead of PASOK – Citizens’ views on the proposed end of public sector job tenure

New Democracy holds a clear lead of 10.8 percentage points in voting intention and 14.1 points in valid vote estimates, according to the major nationwide MRB poll conducted for OPEN TV’s main news bulletin.

Course of Freedom is in second place, while public sentiment remains dominated by anger and disappointment. Inflation continues to be the number one issue for citizens.

New Democracy (ND): 22.7%
Course of Freedom: 11.9%
PASOK: 10.1%
Hellenic Solution: 8.2%
Communist Party (KKE): 6.5%
SYRIZA: 4.2%
MeRA25 / Victory / Democracy Movement: 2.7% each
Voice of Logic: 2%
New Left: 1.1%
Undecided: 17.2%
Blank/Invalid: 6.3%

On Ending Public Sector Job Tenure

Regarding the Prime Minister’s statement that the next constitutional revision will include a proposal to abolish public sector job tenure:

39.8% believe it was purely politically motivated
22.8% believe it was to better control public administration
17.2% believe it reflects the PM’s belief that it will improve public services
12.2% think it is a genuine attempt at meaningful reform

64.9% disagree with the government’s stance on Israel’s actions in Gaza
18.1% agree

Public Dissatisfaction Over Tempi Train Tragedy

77.2% believe the government is not doing enough to uncover the truth about the Tempi train disaster
21.3% believe it is doing all it can
