"Our only obvious request to the Government and Minister Mr. Vroutsis is to ensure equal treatment for our athletes," it is also stated

Newsroom June 3 01:40

An announcement was issued by Panathinaikos B.C. on the afternoon of Tuesday, June 3rd, expressing their desire to publicly guarantee the smooth conduct of Game 3 of the GBL finals against Olympiacos.

The Announcement from Panathinaikos
Panathinaikos B.C. AKTOR once again affirms its obvious desire for the completion of the final phase of the championship on the court, with its wonderful fans.

We respect and fully appreciate the efforts and intentions of the Government and, personally, Minister Mr. Vroutsis.

Kairat – Olympiacos 0–1: Olympiacos now strongly eye qualification after the away win in frozen Astana

Together with all our fans, we look you in the eyes and publicly pledge for the absolutely smooth conduct of the game. The excellent hospitality of all teams at our “home,” OAKA, is an unnegotiable reality that will continue to stand. We are not risking what we have achieved with great effort, so that our home court is now recognized across Europe as a model.

Our sole and obvious request to the Government and Minister Mr. Vroutsis is to ensure equal treatment for our athletes and to uphold legality within the four lines of the court. Everyone should respond excellently at the level they serve; otherwise, they should be aware that they will face the legal consequences of their actions and omissions. Nothing more, nothing less.

And may the best team win.
