Cancellations and changes to the ferry routes from the port of Piraeus due to strong winds in the Aegean Sea

Winds in the Aegean Sea will reach 8 to 9 Beaufort

Newsroom September 19 04:30

Cancellations and changes to timetables have been made by many ferry companies since the port of Piraeus, as the strong winds blowing in many sea areas reach 8 and locally 9 Beaufort in the Aegean Sea, according to the National Weather Service.

For the Argosaronikos, ferry services are running normally. From the port of Rafina, the routes to Andros, Tinos and Mykonos are running normally, except the route of the ferry “Theologos P”, which today will only run the route to and from Andros. In Lavrio, services are also running normally, except the afternoon service at 17:00 to Kythnos, which will not take place.

Passengers who have planned a trip are advised to contact travel agencies or ferry companies for timely information on the itineraries.
