The hotel will be located near Charles de Gaulle Bridge along the Quai d’Austerlitz in the 13th arrondissement of Paris, which until September hosted hundreds of migrants, who slept in tents.

This amazing floating hotel will cost about €11million to build, and was conceived by boutique hotel chain Elegancia and Citysurfing, a company that specialises in floating structures.
