Greece is among the 10 countries with most five star hotels, according to a survey carried out by trivago, a travel website which allows users to search and compare hotel prices in just a few click.

Greece ranked 6^th in the world, while China, Turkey and Mexico are on the top of the list.

Greece has about 420 luxurious units in that category, representing 2% of its total accommodation capacity of the country.

China is ranked first with about 2,940 5-star hotels, representing approximately 2% of its total units, whereas Turkey has approximately 800 five-star hotels, which account for 6% of its capacity.
