Pasta with Feta cheese

A quick to prepare, hearty dish with delicious Greek ingredients

Serves: 3 Preparation time: 2m Cooks in: 20m Ready in: 20m

Ingredients
½ packet of pasta of your choice
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
250g. crumbled feta cheese
2 teaspoons fresh oregano
6-7 sprigs of fresh mint, finely chopped or 1 tablespoon dried mint
1 tomato, diced for serving
Salt-pepper

Method
Step 1
Cook the pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water without draining the pasta afterwards.

Step 2
In a nonstick skillet, heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic for 1 minute, just until golden brown and soft.

Step 3
Add to the skillet the feta cheese and the herbs. Then, using a slotted spoon, add the pasta with as much water the spoon holds.

Step 4
Stir well over the heat until your materials are evenly mixed and serve with freshly ground pepper and diced tomato.
