On Tuesday, Alexis Haritsis, the Alternate Minister of the Economy and Development, announced the government’s intentions to proceed with the two pre-Olympics Games road projects.

The plans involve the construction of two flyover passes for Kifissias Avenue, one of the Greek capital’s major thoroughfares, at its intersection with Alexandras Avenue and at its junction with Ethnikis Antistaseos in the northern suburb of Halandri.

The budget for the project is 44.5 million Euros.
