Woman marries ghost of dead pirate! (photos)

The 45-year-old woman is a Jack Sparrow impersonator

Newsroom January 15 07:49

Ladies, if you are sick and tired of searching for that perfect man, do not despair. Just follow the lead of a woman who found her soul mate from the 1700s! Amanda Teague, 45, married the ghost of a 300-year-old pirate from Haiti and she does not seem one bit bothered. Her friends and family attended the ceremony that took place on the coast of Ireland. She says they have been on dates and even had sex.
Amanda, a Captain Jack Sparrow impersonator, told the Daily Star: “He is my soulmate. I am so happy.
“It is the perfect kind of relationship for me.
“There are a lot of people out there who don’t know about spiritual relationships, but it could be right for them- I want to get the message out there.”
Amanda, who thinks her job is what could have brought Jack to her, has never seen her husband in physical form but she imagines he is similar to captain Jack in Pirates of the Caribbean.
The romance began one night in 2014 when lying in bed, she felt the energy of a spirit next to her.
When she realised he could communicate with her, she became more interested.
Amanda’s feelings for Jack grew as they got to know each other more, and then one day he told her they could actually be together.
Although she’d never had a ‘spiritual boyfriend’ before, she did some research and realised she wasn’t the only one to have a relationship with a spirit.
Amanda had been married before and has five children with her ex-husband, but now she feels her connection with her new husband is very strong.
