According to reports, about 20 members of the group managed to gain access to the yard of the Public Order Ministry after entering through the main gates under the cover of employees who were going to work a little after 8 am.

Once inside the compounds, they threw leaflets in support of terrorist group November 17 murderer, Dimitris Koufontinas, who has started a hunger strike. After their invasion, the main gates were shut and police officers took the intruders into custody.
Following the detainment, the 16 men and four female members of the group were transferred to State Security building. Among them is the leading member of the anarchist group, Giorgos Kalaitzidis.

This is the second time that Rouvikonas members invade a ministry, as on November 17, 2017, a group had entered the Ministry of National Defence.
