UPDATE: The traffic has been restored in front of the Monument of the Unknown Soldier.

The investigation continues.

According to the information so far, the 56-year-old man arrested has psychological issues.

He was screaming “I will blow you up!” before he got arrested.

A pick-up truck loaded with LPG gas cylinders moved on the Monument of the Unknown Soldier on Monday morning.

The police investigates what the driver wanted to do.
