State Department on the Bahceli map: Greece’s sovereignty & territorial integrity are undisputed

The German ambassador also stated on the Bahceli map: Any questioning of Greek sovereignty is unacceptable

Newsroom July 12 08:00

“Our position on this issue is clear, the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Greece are undisputed”, notes a State Department representative regarding the release by Tayyip Erdogan’s government partner of a Turkish map depicting several Aegean islands as well as the Crete as Turkish lands.

Devlet Bahceli was photographed with this particular map during his visit to the offices of the nationalist group “Gray Wolves”.

The German ambassador in Athens, Ernst Reichel, also took a clear position in favor of Greek interests, regarding the issue of the unprecedentedly provocative map next to which Erdogan’s government partner, Devlet Bahceli, was photographed.

The German?? position is clear: Any questioning of Greece‘s ?? territorial integrity and sovereignty is unacceptable. https://t.co/SgpvCfvVvP
