Holy Services for the Ukrainian-speaking Orthodox in Stockholm and Oslo

We invite our Orthodox Ukrainian-speaking brethren in these two countries, to prayerfully participate in the above liturgical gatherings

It is brought to the attention of the Ukrainian-speaking flock of the Mother Church of Constantinople in Sweden and Norway that the Divine Liturgy will be celebrated in Ukrainian on the following dates:

Saturday, December 23, 2023, at 10 a.m., at the Metropolitan Church of the Annunciation of Oslo (Thor Olsens gate 9, 0177 Oslo).

Sunday, December 24, 2023 and Monday, December 25, 2023, at 10 a.m., at St. George Cathedral of Stockholm (Birger Jarlsgatan 92, 11420 Stockholm).

The above Holy Services will be performed by the Ukrainian Priest, Rev. Presbyter Vitalii Lohvin, member of the clergy of the Holy Metropolis of Spain and Portugal, who will be visiting Scandinavia, having received the consent of his Archpastor, His Eminence Metropolitan Vissarion of Spain and Portugal.

We invite our Orthodox Ukrainian-speaking brethren in these two countries, to prayerfully participate in the above liturgical gatherings, praying for a ceasefire in their homeland and for peace to prevail in the wider region.
