The last person in the world, however, who could expect that is Barack Obama, President of the United States of America.

It happened, however, as Obama revealed on Friday, at the time while he was signing an executive order to increase security measures to credit and debit cards that concern federal grants.

“I visited a New York restaurant with my wife during my stay there for the UN General Assembly. My credit card was declined. It was proven that I do not use it too much and the company thought it was a fraud. Thankfully, Michelle had her own credit card at hand. I tried to explain to the waitress that I was sure I had paid my bills”, said the president while smiling. “You see, this can even happen to me”, he concluded.
