Recruitment-express in the public sector – The plan for simplification of procedures through ASEP was presented to the Prime Minister

Aim to overcome bureaucratic obstacles - What was suggested, at a meeting tonight in Maximou, the new Interior Minister Thodoris Livanios and Deputy Minister Paraskevi Charalabogianni

Newsroom June 18 09:30

A meeting on the acceleration of recruitment procedures in the public sector was held this afternoon at the Maximou , under the leadership of Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis.

During the meeting, new Interior Minister Theodore Livanios and Deputy Interior Minister Paraskevi Charalabogianni presented proposals for the simplification of the procedures foreseen for new applications examined by the Supreme Personnel Selection Board.

The digitisation of the current procedures was also discussed, with the aim of speeding up the checking of applications by drawing data from services such as Ptyxia.gov.gr and Taxisnet. In this way, candidates’ certified qualifications will be updated immediately, thus reducing the number of checks carried out by the AESEP and helping to reduce the time taken to examine applications.
