A TikTok video has become a key focus for police investigating the death of 17-year-old Nicoletta, who died after falling from the Aposelemi bridge, Crete, into a 50-metre cliff on May 23. According to information from protothema.gr, the video depicts a classmate of Nicoletta’s bullying her online. Additionally, it is reported that the bullying continued at school.

The police preliminary investigation is ongoing, with authorities thoroughly examining the circumstances leading up to the girl’s death as she was preparing for her Panhellenic exams. Investigators are particularly focused on the possibility that a distressing incident occurred prior to her fall.

All the evidence suggests the girl ended her life, but the circumstances that caused the fatal fall are being investigated, as there are allegations of bullying, as she was being bullied at school. The student reportedly left her school on foot, finishing her examination as part of her in-school examinations, shortly before she fell from the bridge.

The unanswered questions plaguing Nicoletta’s family are many, as the 17-year-old had dreams of studying abroad and becoming a veterinarian. They find it hard to believe that their beloved Nicoletta, who was about to finish school and open a new chapter in her life, would commit suicide. The parents continue to persist by collecting evidence and proof that their daughter was being verbally bullied by kids at her school, while insisting that something bad happened to their child that day, keeping all scenarios open.
