The Greek Tax Authority (AADE) has closed two more businesses for 48 hours: one at a beach in Rhodes and a well-known restaurant in Yalova, Messinia.

According to AADE’s announcement, the first closure involves a well-known restaurant in Yalova, Messinia. Inspectors found that the business had not issued 11 receipts, with a total value exceeding €2,900. Besides the closure, fines were imposed, and a thorough investigation into the company’s tax records has begun.

Meanwhile, at a popular beach in Rhodes, the beach bar’s umbrellas are closed and tied for 48 hours. During this period, the business will remain shut as it was found to have failed to issue more than 45 receipts.
