The 25-year-old competed in the Miss Cosmo International 2024 competition, held in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

She had been preparing intensively for months in Puerto Rico, training with top professionals in the fashion industry. Her training, which took place a few months before the competition, focused on appearance, runway, and communication skills.

Konstantina Sotiriou began her career as a model during her studies in the Pedagogy Department in Thessaloniki. However, she intends to pursue a teaching career once she stops modeling.
