Israel’s relentless strikes on Beirut: Unstoppable attacks on Lebanon

Israeli fighter jets hit an apartment building in Sidon - The building had been evacuated several minutes earlier after the Israeli army informed the residents

Newsroom October 22 04:21

For the past 48 hours, Israel’s relentless strikes on Beirut and the mainly southern suburbs of the Lebanese capital have been non-stop. A few minutes ago Israeli fighters struck and destroyed an apartment building in Sidon. Social media videos are indicative of the intensity of the strikes which did not only target Hezbollah’s underground facilities.

The IDF had sent a message several minutes before the strike to residents of both the building in question and adjacent buildings and the entire block was evacuated, according to Arab media reports.

Earlier in a press conference held by a Hezbollah spokesman from Beirut, he noted that the Shiite organization takes full responsibility for the recent drone attack on the Prime Minister’s residence.

They fail on the battlefield and then seek revenge against women and children.

But Western media will obediently call these "Hezbollah targets" even though their reporters in Beirut know the truth. pic.twitter.com/79OzSmcSC8
