The Municipality of Athens has initiated the legal procedures to seal a night establishment in Votanikos that was found serving alcohol to minors.

The city authorities were notified by the Hellenic Police about this incident involving underage drinking at a night venue in Votanikos. Consequently, the Municipality began the necessary legal actions to ensure accountability.

Based on the findings of the municipal police, the detected violations, as per the provisions of Presidential Decree 180/79, Article 2, mandate the administrative measure of sealing the establishment. Therefore, the owner has been asked to submit a written explanation within a 5-day period.
