The Municipality of Athens, with the participation of residents and visitors, will “light up the city with wishes” on Christmas Eve. The “Night of Wishes” is coming to Kotzia Square on December 24, 2024, from 18:00.
The Mayor of Athens, Haris Dukas, said: “On Christmas Eve, our wishes fill the skies of Athens. We are waiting for all of you, young and old, at the “Night of Wishes”, at Kotzias Square, where together we will bring love, joy, and hope to the whole world.”
The magical atmosphere with paper and biodegradable lanterns will be complemented by the festive sounds of the city’s radio station, Athens 9.84. Its characteristic van will be located opposite the Town Hall from 16:00, broadcasting live with music selections by producer Aristea Giannou.
