Six-month employment of unemployed individuals with up to 100% subsidy – applications open until January 14

Businesses that hire unemployed individuals aged 25-30 for new job positions through this initiative will receive a six-month subsidy covering 100% of wages

The deadline for businesses to submit electronic applications for the innovative DYPA (Public Employment Service) program, which combines subsidized training and employment for unemployed individuals aged 25-45, is Tuesday, January 14, at 11:59 PM.

Businesses that hire unemployed individuals aged 25-30 for new job positions will receive a six-month subsidy covering 100% of wages and social security contributions (€1,022 monthly, €6,132 total). For hiring unemployed individuals aged 31-45, the subsidy covers 80% of wages and contributions (€818 monthly, €4,906 total).

Interested businesses can submit their applications exclusively online with just one click by clicking here.

After submitting the application, DYPA employment counselors will suggest candidates with the qualifications required by the business.

Next, the business will pre-select a beneficiary who will then participate in an accelerated 80-hour online training program in green or digital skills of their choice. Upon certification, the participant will receive a €400 training allowance.

Following the completion of the training, the business will proceed with hiring the unemployed individual for six months.

The total budget for the employment program amounts to €41,331,600 and is funded by the Recovery and Resilience Facility.
