April 2025 pensions: who will be paid on Wednesday, March 26?

The April 2025 pension payments for both main and supplementary pensions from e-EFKA will be made for self-employed pensioners on Wednesday, March 26, 2025

Newsroom March 13 12:30

On Wednesday, March 26, 2025, e-EFKA is expected to disburse the April main pensions for retirees from the former self-employed pension funds.

The payment schedule follows the standard division between salaried and self-employed pensioners, as outlined below:

  • On Wednesday, March 26, 2025, the main pensions will be paid to retirees from the former self-employed funds, including OAEE (freelancers), OGA (farmers), and ETAA (engineers, doctors, lawyers, etc.).
  • Also included in this date are main pensions granted after the establishment of EFKA under Law 4387/2016, processed through the EFKA electronic system (OPS-EFKA)—covering both salaried and self-employed pensioners from January 1, 2017, onwards.
  • Furthermore, all supplementary pensions from the private sector (both salaried and self-employed retirees) will also be paid on this date.
  • On Friday, March 28, 2025, the main pensions for retirees from the former salaried pension funds will be paid, including:
    • IKA-ETAM (employees’ fund), bank employees, OTE (telecommunications), PPC (public power company), and other merged funds (TSEAPGSO, TSP-ISAP).
    • NAT (seafarers’ fund), ETAT (former special insurance fund), and ETAP-MME (journalists’ fund).
    • Additionally, both main and supplementary pensions for public sector retirees will also be disbursed on this date.
