Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan held a phone call today with his American counterpart, Marco Rubio, with the focus of their discussion being the efforts to establish peace in Ukraine.

“Today, Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan held a telephone conversation with U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio. During the conversation, bilateral relations were discussed,” a source in Ankara stated.

“The developments in Syria, the humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip, and efforts to achieve a ceasefire in the Russia-Ukraine war were also discussed,” the same source added.
