All these were turned into a social dividend for renters, for the low-paid and disabled, to support the Public Investment Programme. I am pleased that, both as Minister of Labour and Minister of Finance, I have personally helped to promote these reforms.

They are reforms that keep our economy on an upward trajectory, but also help to strengthen social cohesion.
