Strong passenger traffic at the ports of Piraeus, Rafina and Lavrio on the four days 22 – 25 August

Thousands of travelers are departing and returning from their summer vacations

Passenger traffic is particularly high at the major ports of Attica, with thousands of travelers both leaving and returning from their summer holidays.

According to official data, from Piraeus, Rafina, and Lavrio, hundreds of scheduled routes and tens of thousands of passengers are expected over the four-day period from Friday, August 22, to Monday, August 25, 2025.

From Piraeus (Tzelepi) alone, more than 52,500 passengers will depart, while arrivals at the same port will reach nearly 127,500. Similarly, heavy traffic is recorded at Rafina and Lavrio, which together will serve more than 17,800 passengers.
