Photo emerges by the FBI of Kirk’s shooter amid new revelations

The Utah police authorities are appealing to the public to help identify the suspect

The FBI has released a photograph of the suspect in the murder of 31-year-old conservative activist Charlie Kirk, urging citizens to assist in identifying him.

The release of the suspect’s photograph comes just hours after the FBI announced that it was in possession of the image, clarifying that it is using specialized tools to aid in identification. Robert Coles, the FBI Special Agent in Charge of the Salt Lake City field office, stated that authorities have “some partial fingerprints and footage from all cameras throughout the area.”

Federal investigators have conducted an extensive review of buildings and surveillance systems, securing substantial material on the perpetrator.

“The attack was targeted — the assailant had no other intended victim”
The FBI sought to reassure the public, with Coles emphasizing that the attack was deliberate and that the perpetrator’s sole target was Kirk. “I want to reassure the local community regarding any danger,” he said, while admitting they currently have no information on the suspect’s whereabouts.

“We have his image, and we will move swiftly to locate him and determine his motives,” Coles added.

According to Utah security officials, the killer, believed to be a young man, managed to slip away unnoticed.

“I can’t believe it”
“I can’t believe it,” said U.S. President Donald Trump, speaking to reporters after attending a September 11 memorial ceremony at the Pentagon. Calling Charlie Kirk a “wonderful guy,” Trump said he had “plans later in the afternoon” to reach out to Kirk’s family.

He went on to stress that “very soon we will discuss” how the country can come together, though he offered no further details. “We’ll talk about it. You don’t replace a Charlie Kirk. He’s unique, as you all know… but we’ll do the best we can,” the President added.
