Latinopoulou: Positive that Trump and Netanyahu invited Greece to the Gaza summit – They wanted to corner Erdogan

"We don't see smiles and joy from the leftist so-called solidarity activists who were raising Palestinian flags. Why are they not rejoicing? They didn't care about ending the war, they are looking for problems"

Newsroom October 14 06:23

Afroditi Latinopoulou called it a good thing that Donald Trump and Benjamin Netanyahu invited Greece and Cyprus to the Gaza summit on Monday.

“Netanyahu and Trump wanted Mitsotakis and Christodoulides and that is a positive thing. On the other hand, Greece should also go where it wants to go. Netanyahu wanted Greece and Cyprus to get in the eye of Erdogan. They wanted them to corner him,” the president of the Voice of Reason told Action24.

She reiterated “I have stressed that the relationship with Israel must become stronger. I didn’t see it remembered in the New Democracy Party when they used our money to bring back the activists from the flotilla in Gaza.”

At the same time, Latinopoulou said “a huge thumbs up to Netanyahu and Trump, ending the war was the point and thank goodness these leaders existed” commenting, at the same time, that “we don’t see smiles and joy from the leftist so-called solidarity activists who raised Palestinian flags. Why are they not rejoicing? They didn’t care about ending the war, they are looking for problems, they don’t want solutions.”

“We wanted peace from the beginning. It is a shame that the leftists who have been shouting free Palestine for so long are not happy and crying.”
