“Starting today, 231,062 elementary school students across Greece will enjoy a warm lunch every day. Our goal through this initiative is to support Greek families, the country’s regions, our islands, and areas that are remote or disadvantaged.

We are committed to including more municipalities every year and ensuring that even more children receive high-quality, nutritious meals.

The School Meals Program is a daily act of care by the Government — a foundation for equal opportunities, solidarity, and social cohesion. We are not simply providing food; we are nurturing values and strengthening the social fabric.”
