In fact, according to Russian media, he had been registered 586 times for Motor Vehicle Code violations, mostly for speeding, since he bought the Lamborghini 15 months ago.

The same car was also linked to a shooting incident last September outside a luxury restaurant in Moscow, when a man using it drew a gun and fired in the air. Dolgikh had voluntarily presented himself to the police at the time, denying any involvement, and was not charged.
