Despite the fact that Easter came early this year (beginning of April), most hotels will open at the end of the month, according to the Hellenic Hoteliers Association president.

Even though Easter could be quite profitable for hotels, most of them will be opening at the end of the month or the beginning of May, missing out on previous years’ visitors from the big cities who choose the escape the hustle and bustle during Easter. It should be pointed out that in previous years, hotels opened in the first few days of April.
