The arrest followed the proper evaluation and exploitation of a report. Subsequently, upon an order from the competent public prosecutor, police officers conducted a search of his residence in the presence of a judicial official.

During the search, a marble, temple-shaped votive stele was discovered hidden in a loft and confiscated. The artifact depicts the goddess Cybele seated on a throne with a lion beside her and is dated to the 4th century BC.

The arrested individual will be brought before the competent prosecutorial authority.
